What happens after I receive the link for my planner template?
How do I change or add images into my planner?
If you would like to replace an existing image with another, click on the three dots upper right of the picture and select 'Replace.'
Using the Notion application can seem intimidating at first, but if you put a just little bit of focused energy and attention into it, you will soon see how intuitive and user friendly it is designed. Spend one month consistently using it and you will feel like a more organized, clear, productive and efficient Ninja is being trained and developed within you.
1. Your planner link will open in Notion

(Duplicate again, and always keep an original extra as a back up).
If you don't see three dots above the image you'd like to change, open it in it's own folder, hover over the image in the header and, (upper right), you will see the option to 'Change.'
Click "Upload" to add a photo of your own or select 'Unsplash' to select a free stock photography image
How do I use the tables and graphs?
Questions can also be answered instantly by Notion AI directly inside your planner. (The AI feature is lower right inside Notion. Please note, continuous use of this AI feature is part of the paid plan.)
In a vision board section, you can drag and drop photos directly into your image gallery.
You do not need to be more than a beginner to Notion in order to see incredible and transforming results using your planner. However, if you do want to learn all you can do in Notion, (Warning, can be addicting), the tutorials online and inside in the Notion free plan are plentiful.

If you don't see the duplicate icon, click the three dots, upper right of your Notion dashboard. You will see 'Duplicate' in the drop down menu.
Once the template has been copied, you will see it in your personal Notion dashboard.
Do I have to buy a new life planner each year?
Not only do you not have to buy a new planner every year, Notion continues to maximize features, so your planner's capabilities will increase with time and you will get upgrades at no cost.
You may want several different planners for different purposes, i.e. your business, school, wedding or event planning, collaborative projects, different aesthetics, etc.
You can have numerous planners saved in your Notion dashboard. The operating system is fluid and quickly responsive, allowing you to move with ease from one planner to another.
Can I share my Notion pages for viewing or collaboration?
You can invite team members or friends you are collaborating with to join your planner pages, allowing for seamless communication and coordination. They can comment on specific tasks or sections, providing feedback or suggestions and you can work together in real time.
By tagging teammates and creating to-do lists, individuals can ensure accountability and track progress effectively. The integration of databases and tables further enhances collaboration, as team members can easily update information and view changes instantly.
TIPS FOR SHARING & COLLABORATION:
To share a page in Notion, simply click on the 'Share' button located at the top right corner of the page. From there, you can choose to share the page via email, link, or by inviting specific users to view only or collaborate.
- Once you have shared the page, your friends or workmates can easily access it by clicking on the link you provided or accepting the invitation. You have the option to allow them to view only, comment only or full access to edit the page with you and work on projects together in real-time.
-Notion also allows users to leave comments and feedback on pages. This can be done by clicking on the comment icon located at the top right corner of the page and typing in your feedback.
TEAM SHARING + SHARING MULTIPLE PAGES
- In addition to sharing individual pages, Notion also allows users to create workspaces where multiple pages can be organized and shared with a group of people. This is especially useful for teams working on a project together, as it provides a centralized location for collaboration.
I don't want to share my planner with others. How private is Notion?
